One photo can make a difference

Can one photo make the difference between selling and not selling a property?
Is it worth $60 to find out? If you are representing a $20,000 property, maybe,
maybe not. But if you have a property that is listing for $50,000 or more then
$60 is a small price to pay. People are visual creatures. You can tell a person a
story, but show them a picture and it will stick in their mind.

The shot you take from the curb of the front of the house is fine. You have been
doing it for years, and it works. But when that same property is shot from an
altitude of about 100 feet you get a whole new perspective. Now the photo
opens up to show the front of the house, and the land, and if shot from an angle
maybe a porch or deck. The buyers can get a "feel" for their new home.

Show home renovation, construction or demolition. Show an entire
neighborhood. The possibilities are endless. A view from the air will set you and
your properties apart from everyone else.
